About the Role:
As our REMOTE Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead, you'll own the front-end vision of our digital platforms — while leading a small team of designers and developers. You'll be hands-on in both designing and developing, while also managing project timelines, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality standards.

Your Skillset:
WordPress (Theme Customization & Front-End Development)
Vue.js (component-based architecture, dynamic UI)
Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Deep understanding of UI/UX design, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
Front-end performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and grow a front-end design/development team
Own the UI/UX experience across web properties
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams
Architect scalable, clean front-end codebases

Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot and develop as needed — no task is too small
Manage timelines, priorities, and quality for your team's deliverables

Requirements:
5+ years of front-end development experience
2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
