Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in FastAPI (Python) and Next.js (React) to join our growing engineering team.

In this role, youll be responsible for building and maintaining modern, scalable applications from backend services to frontend interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.

- Build dynamic and performant frontend applications using React and Next.js.

- Implement best practices in software architecture, API design, and system performance.

- Translate product requirements into clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

- Conduct code reviews, debug production issues, and maintain high code quality standards.

- Stay up to date with trends and advancements in both frontend and backend technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with production-grade applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Python, and asynchronous backend development.

- Proficient in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend architecture.

- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently, with clear communication across teams.

- Proven debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

- Past experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or guiding junior developers.
