About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Python development, system design, and problem-solving, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

- Implement and integrate APIs, microservices, and third-party tools.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for Skills & Experience :

- 4 -10 years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong knowledge of Django / Flask / FastAPI frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Cloud platforms Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

- Familiarity with Git, unit testing, and code quality tools.


Good to Have :

- Experience with machine learning libraries, big data frameworks, or AI-driven solutions.

- Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

- Prior experience in mentorship or leading a small development team.
