Responsibilities :

- Participate in the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of o9's solutions to customers across industries and geographies.

- Develop, document, and maintain procedures for administering, maintaining, and supporting infrastructure

- Design, implement and support solutions based on the needs of the business and based on industry professional and security best practices

- Develop and deploy best-in-class tools that support continuous integration and continuous delivery processes

- Understanding of customer's requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting them.

- Work closely with consultants/analysts to develop a clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets.

- Configure the o9 platform based on the blueprint laid out during design to solve deep operations/supply chain problems.

- Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases and document issues and track progress at resolving issues.

- Support Super User and End User training, for a global user base.

- Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Experience: 2+ years of experience with experience implementing planning applications is a MUST.

- Education: Bachelor of Technology (Btech / BE)

- Languages: SQL, R, Python or similar languages for data transformation or simulation programs. In addition, OLAP/BI solution experience is highly required.

- Skills:

- Knowledge of and demonstrative good practice, including clean code, automated testing, source control, and continuous delivery

- Basic understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP.

- Experience with SSIS, IBPL, Python

- Experience with optimizing and tuning queries

- Experience with modeling data structures

- Hands-on experience on Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance i.e. Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts etc.

- Knowledge and experience of integration of Planning function with Mfg, Quality, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Sourcing, Logistics and Costing functions

- Good command of English (written and verbal)

- Patient listener with the ability to clearly articulate your viewpoint to manage and deliver to customer expectations, even under pressure.


- Ability to analyze and process large amounts of data and complement it with intuition to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is key.
