Job Title:Affordability Strategy LeadLocation:Coimbatore Experience:10–15 years Role Summary: Lead and scale affordability programs such as EMI, cashback, trade-in, and device financing by partnering with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech players. Drive innovative financial solutions to boost device adoption, conversion, and customer affordability across retail and digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech firms. Design and execute EMI, buy-now-pay-later, and upgrade programs. Launch customized affordability offers for various customer segments. Drive revenue through improved finance penetration and attach rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. Candidate Profile: 10–15 years inFintech, NBFC, Consumer Electronics, or Retail Finance. Strong understanding ofconsumer lending, digital finance, and partnerships. Proven track record inprogram management, business development, and strategic alliances.
