Tele Caller

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Callers to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making invitation calls to potential clients for our academy. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to achieve targets in a telecalling environment.

RequirementsOutbound Calls: Make calls to potential clients and invite them to our academy.
Communication: Clearly and effectively communicate information about our academy s programs and services.
Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Database Management: Maintain and update call records and client information accurately.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and handle any queries or concerns professionally.
Reporting: Report daily activities and results to the team leader or supervisor.
