Description : YASH Technologies is a leading technology integrator specializing in helping clients reimagine operating models, enhance competitiveness, optimize costs, foster exceptional stakeholder experiences, and drive business transformation.At YASH, were a cluster of the brightest stars working with cutting-edge technologies.Our purpose is anchored in a single truth bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.We are looking forward to hire Product Owner Professionals in the following areas : .Job Description : Experience required : 7+ years.We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner with a strong background in testing and automation to lead our testing product development team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering testing products, experience with automation frameworks, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities : - Define and prioritize product backlog items for testing products, aligning with company goals and customer needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and design to ensure effective product delivers.- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide product demos.- Ensure testing products meet quality, security, and compliance standards.- Drive adoption of automation frameworks and testing tools.- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.- Manage and prioritize testing product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders.Requirements : - 7+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with a focus on testing and automation.- Proven experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).- Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Nice To Have : - Experience with testing product development, including test data management and test environment management.- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and tools.- Certification in product management or a related field (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP).- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
