Job Description :

As a Full-stack Architect, you will be responsible for the overall technical vision and architecture of our software products.

You will guide technical decisions, establish best practices, and mentor development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and evolve the overall architecture for enterprise web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability across an N-tier environment.

- Lead the architectural design and implementation of solutions using .NET Core (Version 5.0 onwards) for backend services and React.JS (Version 16.0 onwards) for intuitive user interfaces.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural patterns to improve system performance, reliability, and developer productivity.

- Provide architectural oversight and technical governance across multiple development teams.

- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for both frontend and backend development.

- Guide the design of highly available, secure, and performant RESTful Web APIs.

- Drive the adoption of advanced database strategies for SQL Server (2017 onwards) and NoSQL Databases, including sharding, replication, and performance optimization.

- Design complex system integrations and data flows, ensuring seamless interoperability between various components and external systems.

- Architect robust solutions for Database Migration, advocating for efficient and repeatable processes, including a Code-First approach.

- Strategize and oversee the implementation of DevOps Processes and comprehensive CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.

- Champion and enforce Test-Driven Development (TDD) / Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and advanced Unit Testing strategies at an architectural level.

- Drive the adoption of Agile Methodologies across development teams, ensuring efficient and adaptive project delivery.

- Collaborate extensively with senior leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps and architectural designs.

- Communicate complex architectural concepts and technical decisions effectively to diverse audiences.

Required Skills :

Experience : 11-12+ years of extensive professional experience in enterprise software design and development, with a significant tenure in an architectural role, specifically defining and implementing web applications in complex N-tier architecture environments.

Backend Architectural Expertise :

- Deep architectural and hands-on expertise in .NET Core (Version 5.0 onwards), including microservices architecture, distributed systems, and performance optimization.

- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and scaling complex RESTful Web APIs.

Frontend Architectural Expertise :

- Advanced architectural and hands-on expertise in React.JS (Version 16.0 onwards), including component library design, state management, and performance tuning for large-scale applications.

- Mastery of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with an understanding of various frontend architectural patterns.

Database Architecture :

- Expert-level knowledge of SQL Server (2017 onwards), including advanced database design, high availability solutions, disaster recovery, and query optimization strategies.

- Extensive experience with NoSQL Databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) and the ability to recommend appropriate data stores based on use cases.

- Demonstrated experience in architecting and leading Database Migration strategies, particularly with a Code-First approach.

Methodology & Quality :

- Deep understanding and practical application of Agile Methodologies at an enterprise level.

- Architectural leadership in implementing TDD / BDD and comprehensive Unit Testing frameworks.

DevOps & Cloud :

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing DevOps Processes and advanced CI/CD pipelines.

- Proven experience in architecting and deploying solutions on Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), including serverless architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native services.

Domain Expertise :

- Strong preference for candidates with significant architectural experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Domain, understanding industry-specific regulations and data requirements.
