SG IT Consulting is looking for MDM Administrators to lead and optimize Microsoft Intune, SOTI MobiControl, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Android Enterprise deployments.Role Overview :As an MDM Administrator, you will manage corporate mobile devices, enforce compliance policies, deploy applications, and ensure secure, high-performance mobility solutions across the enterprise.Key Responsibilities :- Daily management of corporate iOS and Android devices via Intune and SOTI MobiControl- Mobile application management for BYOD devices- Device enrollment and configuration via Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise- Patch and update management for mobile devices- Certificate profile deployment, management, and troubleshooting- Enforce security and compliance policies across all devices- Deploy apps via App Store and Google Play- Troubleshoot device and application issues for iOS and Android- Diagnose and resolve Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integrationSkills & Experience :- 45 years managing MDM environments- Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, SOTI MobiControl, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise- Experience with BYOD mobile application management- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation- Familiarity with SCCM migration, hybrid/co-management, and Windows 10/11 deployment- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Certifications :- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate- SOTI Certified Professional (ref:hirist.tech)
