Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager with API Integration and SQL experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in technical account management, integrations engineering, solution engineering, or technical project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise merchants, leading upsells, cross-sales, and other initiatives
  • Analyze client requirements and business needs from both technical and functional perspectives, and recommend solutions based on deep understanding of our system and product capabilities
  • Collaborate with clients to build, monitor, and execute joint project plans
  • Work closely with Account Management, Sales, and Support teams as a technical subject matter expert, providing technical support for new and existing products and services
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, tools, features, and product enhancements, and proactively initiate and design solutions

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in technical account management, integrations engineering, solution engineering, or technical project management
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders (PMs, technical resources)
  • Proven technical background, with experience troubleshooting client issues, reading logs, querying databases, reviewing code, and offering solutions
  • Ability to enable and optimize the use of tools and data platforms (e.g., schemas, Snowflake, Databricks, Coralogix or similar)
  • Coding experience in Ruby, Python, or JavaScript, with knowledge of SQL, APIs, and SDKs
