Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining lighting equipment across various venues.
  • Provide hands-on support during rehearsals, performances, or filming sessions by programming and operating lighting consoles.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, conducting inspections, and implementing protocols to safeguard our team and audience members.
  • Collaborate with production teams to bring artistic visions to life through captivating lighting designs.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the lighting industry through ongoing training.
  • Contribute to planning and management efforts for successful project execution.
  • Share ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of our lighting projects and services.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for theatrical or cinema lighting and a desire for growth in the field.
  • Understanding of lighting equipment and technology, with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
  • Previous experience or education in theater, film, or related fields is advantageous but not required.
