We are seeking a seasoned Data Analytics professional to architect, implement, and optimize advanced analytics solutions across diverse data platforms. The role demands deep technical expertise in data modeling, data governance, cloud data platforms, and analytical tooling to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Acquisition & Integration :

- Extract, integrate, and normalize datasets from relational databases, APIs, ERP/CRM systems, and web sources.

- Implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines ensuring high throughput, minimal latency, and scalability.

Data Quality & Governance :

- Perform advanced data cleansing, imputation for missing values, outlier detection, and validation to maintain referential integrity and consistency.

- Configure and optimize Data Quality tools (e.g., Informatica Data Quality, Atlan, Collibra) for automated profiling and validation.

- Document and maintain metadata, data lineage, and data catalogs for enterprise data marts and warehouses.

Data Modeling & Architecture :

- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models (ERDs) optimized for analytical workloads.

- Partner with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to enforce architectural standards and ensure alignment with enterprise data governance policies.

Analytics & Insights Delivery :

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and time-series forecasting.

- Utilize machine learning and data mining techniques where applicable to uncover hidden patterns and predictive signals.

- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools for executive-level Collaboration :

- Act as the technical liaison between Data Governance, Solution Architecture, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.

- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to design domain-specific data products.

Continuous Improvement & Research :

- Stay updated on emerging cloud data services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Lakehouse technologies (Databricks, Snowflake).

- Drive adoption of best practices in data analytics, performance optimization, and security compliance (e.g., SOX).

Qualifications :

Required :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

- 12+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related domains.

- Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and at least one statistical programming language (R preferred).

- Strong experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Lakehouse architectures (Databricks, Snowflake).

- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM datasets and their integration into analytics ecosystems.

- Deep understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements.

Preferred :

- Experience with big data processing frameworks (Spark, Flink).

- Working knowledge of ML pipelines and model deployment in production environments.

- Functional expertise in finance and supply chain analytics.
