Yrs. of Experience:2-5 yearsEducational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (C.A) - First/second attempt (ONLY)Purpose of the Role:GST Compliance & Reporting Ensure timely and accurate filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C, etc.) Review GST reconciliations (GSTR 2A/2B vs books) and address mismatches Monitor and ensure Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility and utilization Oversee RCM compliance and related accountingAdvisory & Transactional SupportProvide tax advisory on business transactions, contracts, and inter/intra-state supplies Analyse impact of GST amendments, circulars, and notifications Evaluate implications of reverse charge, job work, e-invoicing, and e-way bill requirementsAudit & Assessment ManagementHandle GST audits by internal, statutory, and departmental auditors Prepare and manage replies to notices, summons, and queries from tax authorities Coordinate with consultants and legal counsel for departmental litigation matters.Process & System EnhancementStreamline tax processes and automate compliance through SAP Maintain documentation and tax records as per legal requirementsApart from GST, litigation handling under erstwhile IDT law (excise, VAT) is added advantage. Pre-Selection Criteria (What must the candidate have done /have experience in) Proficient in Excel, Good understanding of GST, Experienced in filing GST returns.Understanding on any specific Key Concepts:GST LawPreferred Industry :FMCG, Manufacturing, Automobile& Service
