The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Azure, Azure DevOps, and modern automation practices, and will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to standardize and optimize deployment, monitoring, and governance across all environments. - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to support multi-environment deployments (Dev, QA, Pilot, Prod). - Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM/Bicep or Terraform, ensuring consistency, scalability, and cost efficiency. - Collaborate with developers and QA teams to streamline build, test, and release workflows. - Configure and manage Azure resources such as App Services, SQL Databases, APIM, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Application Insights. - Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC), service principals, and managed identities in accordance with security policies. - Monitor and troubleshoot environment health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, driving proactive incident response. - Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to support deployments, configuration management, and operational tasks. - Establish and maintain DevOps best practices, governance standards, and documentation to ensure reliability and transparency across teams. - Mentor and guide team members on DevOps tools, processes, and automation strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership.Required Skill Sets- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps role. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure SQL, APIM, ADF and related Azure Services. - Proficiency in YAML pipeline authoring, variable groups, approvals, and artifact management - Working knowledge of Azure networking, RBAC, and identity management - Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes (AKS) is a plus - Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and incident response skills - Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams - Passion for automation, process improvement, and maintaining a culture of reliability and transparency - Proven ability to build and implement DevOps foundations from the ground up, establishing best practices and mentoring teams to ensure scalable, efficient delivery across platforms.Additional Skill Sets- Capital market knowledge will be an advantage.Behavioral Skills- Listen openly to feedback from managers and colleagues and uses the information to improve. - Personal performance and work practices. - Articulates ideas and issues in clear concise language. - Shares information openly and communicates effectively with team members and with other teams. - Listens well, incorporating others’ feedback and ideas, and responds appropriately. - Fosters open honest communication with management and with staff. - Deals effectively with pressure; maintains focus and intensity and remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.Process Shifts:- The candidate should be ready to work in general or evening shift.How to applyVisit our Career Site – https://stpinvestment.greythr.com/hire/jobs/and search for the role you want to apply for or share your resume directly to stp_india_recruitment@stpis.com
