Project Execution & Site Management Oversee the complete execution of interior projects from design handover to final installation. Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily site activities. Ensure timely progress, quality checks, and adherence to project timelines. Conduct regular site visits and resolve on-site issues proactively. Client Interaction Act as the single point of contact for clients during the project execution phase. Provide accurate updates on project progress, schedules, and installations. Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. Vendor & Team Coordination Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams. Ensure material availability and delivery as per project schedule. Collaborate closely with designers, design partners, and the operations team. Ensure installation quality meets HomeLane standards. Monitor adherence to safety norms and site protocols. Conduct final quality checks before project handover. Documentation & Reporting Maintain project documentation including timelines, updates, and snag lists. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for internal tracking. Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of experience in interior project management / site coordination / construction management. Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation, civil work, electrical, plumbing, and basic site technicals. Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related fields. PMP/Project Management certification is a plus (not mandatory).
