Develop and maintainintegrations with external systemsusingSOAP/REST APIs . Write and debug code usingJava ,GOSU , andSQL . LeverageGitHub CopilotandGenerative AI toolsto accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity. Conductunit and integration testingto ensure solution quality. Providesupport for QA and production environments . Analyze and resolve complex software issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable. Identify and implementprocess improvementsandbest practices . Collaborate closely withcross-functional teamsand management throughout the development lifecycle.Requirements The must have requirements are: 3–10 years of hands-on implementation experience withGuidewire InsuranceSuite . Proficiency inGosu ,Java ,XML , andXSLT . Experience withGuidewire Studio ,Rules ,Workflows , andData Model . Familiarity withGit ,GitHub , andCI/CD pipelines . Hands-on experience usingGitHub Copilotor similarAI pair programming tools . Understanding ofGenerative AI conceptsand their application in software development. Familiarity withSmartCOMM ,GhostDraft , or similardocument generation platforms . Knowledge ofProperty & Casualty Insurance , including bothcommercialandpersonal lines . Experience withAgile toolslikeJiraand version control systems likeSVN . Strongconceptual ,analytical , andmathematicalskills.Good To Have Candidates with these extra skills on their resumes have an added advantage while getting their profile assessed. Some of them are as follows: Guidewire certification (e.g., PolicyCenter Configuration Specialist). Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure) andDevOps tools(Jenkins, Docker). Exposure toLLMs ,prompt engineering , or building internal GenAI tools. Knowledge ofinsurance domainand business processes.
