We’re Hiring Presales Consultant – ITSM & Observability SolutionsNavi Mumbai | On-siteExperience: 2–5 yearsMotadata is expanding its presales team, and we’re looking for a talented Presales Consultant who can blend technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver impactful solutions to our customers.If you're passionate about ITSM, Observability, and solving complex technology challenges—this role is for youWhat You’ll Do- Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to design technical solutions. - Conduct discovery calls, understand customer needs, and tailor proposals. - Deliver product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs. - Prepare solution documents, SoWs, architecture drafts, BOMs, and proposals. - Set up and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs). - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. - Collaborate with product and development teams for enhancements. - Participate in events, trade shows, and partner engagements.What We’re Looking For- Experience with NMS/ITSM tools (SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold, PRTG, ServiceNow, BMC, Freshworks, Motadata, etc.) - Strong understanding of Networking, Servers, Cloud, Applications, SDN, IoT. - Hands-on experience preparing solution/tender documents. - Excellent communication & presentation skills. - Expertise in at least one key area of IT infrastructure. - Ability to build strong client relationships. - Willingness to travel as required.Why Motadata?Join a fast-growing OEM in the IT operations and observability space.
