Key Responsibilities: Develop and executeValidation Master Plans (VMP) , protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), and reports for equipment and processes. Performrisk assessmentsand ensure compliance withcGMPand regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for validation activities. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of validation projects. Troubleshoot validation issues and implement corrective actions. Visit Sanand GIDC plant twice a month for validation activities and ensure compliance with site requirements. Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory changes. Required Qualifications: Education:B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field. Experience:2–5 years in equipment/process validation in pharmaceutical or packaging machinery industry. Knowledge ofGAMP 5 ,FDA , andISOguidelines. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity withautomation systemsandPLC validation . Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Good communication and team collaboration skills.
