Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and retailers to ensure timely order execution.

  • Handle sales order processing, invoicing, and delivery follow-ups .

  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports .

  • Monitor sales targets, performance trackers, and incentive calculations .

  • Assist in planning and execution of sales promotions, schemes, and campaigns .

  • Communicate with clients, distributors, and internal departments to resolve queries.

  • Support the field sales team with sales materials, reports, and customer data.

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams for smooth product availability.

  • Prepare sales dashboards, presentations, and analysis reports for management review.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with FMCG sales policies and processes



Requirements Required Skill Sets

  • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales processes, distributor management, and retail operations .

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, Tally ERP, etc.) .

  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

  • Analytical ability to handle sales data, reporting, and forecasting .

  • Knowledge of sales promotions, schemes, and trade marketing .

  • Problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and support multiple stakeholders.
