Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Analyst to drive operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights across our supply chain. This role involves optimizing inventory, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth logistics processes while delivering key analytics to enhance both logistics and financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring both operational expertise and analytical proficiency, contributing to business growth through effective decision-making and process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve logistics performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline logistics and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Assist in financial analytics to support inventory costing, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts as needed to support global operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
  • Knowledge of logistics optimization
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and Export procedures
