Role Profile: Process Specialist – Client Reporting

EPIC Investment Partners ("EPIC") is an independent investment, advisory and administration firm established in 2001. We have four business lines, Capital, Administration, Markets and Advisory.

Our integrated approach supports companies, entrepreneurs and investors by providing access to capital, advice and administration services. We are a client-centred, collegiate team for whom intellectual integrity and honest, considered decision making are the guiding principles

We are looking for a Process Specialist to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the business's success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision, and will be working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Process Specialist will have responsibility for the following key areas:

Role description and responsibility overview

  • Reviewing month end journals and book-keeping activities..
  • Preparing management accounts
  • Suppliers – communicating to obtain information and interrogation.
  • Client – communicating with the clients to obtain information and approval
  • Payments – preparation and obtaining approval for payments.
  • Month end – posting month end accruals, prepayments, inter-company and depreciation journals
  • VAT Returns – prepare for review
  • Audit – preparation of year end audit file and collation of audit information.
  • Overseeing the work prepared by Trainee or Process Associates
  • Training the junior members of the team
  • Supporting the Assistant Manager

Candidate profile

  • CA/ACCA part-qualified / qualified or MBA/Business graduate with a finance background
  • More than 3 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely
