We’re backed by investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Visa, and the IFC.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Analyst who can turn data into actionable insights that drive user growth, engagement, and profitability. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, & Business teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and influence key business decisions.Responsibilities- Data driven Decisioning - Champion a data-first culture by enabling business teams to make informed, evidence-based decisions across Product, Growth, Collections, and Customer Experience. - Translate business questions into structured analyses, ensuring that every strategic or operational choice is backed by quantitative insights. - Partner with leadership to design metrics and success criteria for key initiatives, ensuring clear alignment between business goals and measurable outcomes - Evaluate and communicate the impact of data-led interventions, using storytelling and visualization to drive executive alignment and action. - Product Analytics - Work with Product Managers and Engineers to design and analyze A/B tests that improve user experience and business outcomes. - Develop dashboards and reporting to track feature adoption, conversion rates, and user behavior. - Provide data-driven recommendations to shape product roadmap and customer journey design. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Customer service, Collections, Marketing and Business teams to test hypotheses, measure performance, and design scalable insights pipelines. - Support multiple functions with ad-hoc analyses that clarify business performance and drive strategy.Qualifications- 3–7 years of experience in Analytics, ideally within Fintech, Consumer Tech, or Growth-stage startups. - Fluency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and business impact. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong storytelling skills — you can translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership. - Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones.Benefits of Joining- Mission-driven, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment - Competitive salary and equity package - A collaborative and flat company culture - Remote first, with the option to work in-person occasionally - Fully-paid Group Medical Insurance and Personal Accidental Insurance - Unlimited paid time off including personal leave, bereavement leave, sick leave - Fully paid parental leave - 6 months maternity leave and 3 months paternity leave - Monthly WFH stipend alongside a one time home office set-up budget - $500 Annual professional development budget - Discretionary trips to our offices across the globe, with global travel medical insurance - Team meals and social events- Virtual and In-personBranch International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
