Job Description - Key Responsibilities:Build Activities:Manage and coordinate all ongoing activities related to Global Trade and its interfaces/satellite applications, as well as any future legal and business requirements.Work across all project phases (end-to-end design, realization, development, testing, training, documentation, hypercare, and support)Manage GTS support package implementationsParticipate in GTS S/4HANA upgrade study & implementationMaintenance & Business Continuity:Lead discussions with Global Trade, Business & Digital Technology teamsManage legal changes, business improvements, evolutions, and issue resolutionsDeliver L3/L4 support requests, GTS version releasesSupport:Provide L1/L2 end-user support when requiredValidate user requests and specifications developed by internal/external partnersCoordinate workload and approvals with ABAP/development partnersManage GTS and satellite applications, ensuring smooth collaboration with vendors/partnersLanguage: Fluent English (European languages are a plus)Technical & Functional Expertise:SAP GTS (End-to-End) – Trade Preference, Trade Compliance, Customs Management, ClassificationConfiguration & Customization – Standard, user exits, support packagesSAP ECC6 Integration – Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, EHS, other SAP modulesABAP skills (nice to have)
