Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that resonate with our brand identity and target audience.

2. Identify and build relationships with plus-size men influencers in the fashion industry to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

3. Brainstorm and create engaging Instagram and Facebook posts, reels, stories, and other social media content to drive brand awareness and engagement.

4. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features to maximize our presence and reach.

5. Work closely with the website development team to implement new features, optimize user experience, and ensure the website reflects the brand's aesthetic.

6. Design website banners and graphics to promote new collections, special offers, and events.

7. Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve KPIs.

8. Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, photographers, and copywriters to create cohesive and impactful content.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Design, Communication, or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

5. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Passion for fashion, digital marketing, and staying updated on industry trends.

9. Prior experience in content creation or social media management is preferred but not required for freshers.

10. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
