Responsibilities Management, Analysis and Visualization :


- Create visualizations that communicate insights clearly and support business storytelling.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.


- Assist in integrating data from various sources (e.g., Azure, SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs) and perform ETL tasks using Power Query and DAX.

- Contribute to designing effective data models and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure secure and personalized data access.

- Explore opportunities to apply machine learning techniques for predictive insights and anomaly detection, in collaboration with the broader analytics team.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Project Management :

- Assist the team lead in planning, executing, and monitoring data-driven projects.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within timelines.

Quality Assurance :

- Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

- Conduct regular data audits and perform root cause analysis for any data discrepancies.

- Work closely with data engineers to maintain and improve data infrastructure.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Communicate complex data-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Act as a liaison between the Data and Analytics Team and other departments to facilitate data-sharing and collaboration.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.

- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.

Professional Experience :


- The candidate must have 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in Data analytics, BI solutioning or a related field.

Skills :


- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Experience working with PySpark and big data platforms is a plus.

- Familiarity with cloud services and basic machine learning tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
