Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant, located in Chennai. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting in audits, preparing financial statements, conducting tax assessments, and performing various accounting functions. The role includes tasks such as data analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. The candidate will work closely with senior auditors and accountants to gain practical experience and knowledge in accounting and auditing practices.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Practices
  • Skills in Auditing and Assurance
  • Familiarity with Taxation and Compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Accounting Software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Currently pursuing or completed CA Inter (IPCC) is a plus
