Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon

Compensation: INR 80L - 1.1 Cr Per Annum + meaningful equity


About Us

We are a stealth-mode AI startup based in San Francisco, now building out our India engineering team. Our mission: AI Agents for AI Engineers.


The founding team includes an ex-Google Applied AI/ML engineer with 6+ years of experience, and we are well-funded with a $5M seed round. This is an opportunity to join as one of the first hires and shape both the product and the company.


The Role

We are hiring founding engineers who are excited to build production-grade AI systems from the ground up. You’ll work hands-on at the intersection of backend infrastructure and applied AI, collaborating closely with the founders on product and technical direction.


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale backend + applied AI systems.
  • Extend/customize open-source frameworks to production standards.
  • Train and fine-tune models (LLMs, transformers, CNNs, speech/vision models).
  • Collaborate on product roadmap and technical architecture.
  • Grow into leadership (Head of Engineering path for the right candidate).


Ideal Profile

  • 3–8 years of experience in backend engineering or applied AI.
  • Ex-Google/Meta/startup or strong open-source background is a big plus.
  • Hands-on coder (not just managing teams).
  • Skilled in Python/Go or similar + modern ML/AI frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments.
