About The Company: EMS(Electronics Products Manufacturer) based MNC organization.

Job Description:

  • Prepare the Monthly consolidation of P&L of all plants on time
  • Analyse the reasons for the deviation of the monthly results comparing with the budget and forecast
  • Prepare the PPT for the management for publishing the monthly results
  • Assist in Leading the Statutory audit, internal audit and Management audit and close the audit on time based on the management requirement
  • Assist in the preparation of the any new Investor requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of the customer financial requirements
  • Ensure all MIS reports being delivered to Management on time by co-ordinating with all the plant accountants
  • Oversee the Quarterly Stock count of all plants
  • Oversee the yearly physical verification of Fixed assets for all plants
  • Assist in the preparation or compilation of the data required by the management time to time.
  • Lead and Compile the yearly budget prepared by the plant accountants and ensure its accuracy of the same
  • Assist in decision making of the day to day activities in AP accounting
  • Co-ordinate with all the plant accountants and ensure the smooth closure of the books of accounts monthly
  • Assist in the implementation of new process / system / methods in all plants
