Company DetailsCompany Head Office- USA, IndiaNumber of Employees- 100+Founded -2020Company Type- IT Services and consultingRESOURCE REQUIREMENT: Senior Product DesignerWORK MODE: RemoteTIME ZONE: EST Overlap (4-5 Hours)EXPERIENCE: 5+ YearsENGAGEMENT: Full-Time HireRoles & Responsibilities: Understand and prioritize user needs to create empathetic and effective designs. Responsible for visual design, including layout, color schemes, typography, and imagery. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate designconcepts and solve complex problems. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, andsmartphones. Collaborate with engineering teams to transform designs into finished products. Work with other teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive user experience. Assist quality assurance by reviewing designs, identifying errors, and ensuring highquality output. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure quality and consistency acrossall platforms and products. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.Required Qualifications: Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience focused on product design. Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and familiarity with web, iOS, and Androiddesign standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain design decisionsto stakeholders. Experience in analyzing and understanding user behavior. Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience using user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity).Ideal Candidate Traits: Analytically sharp and exceptionally organized. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexible with working hours when needed to meet deadlines. Detail-oriented and data-driven. Proactive and resourceful in problem-solving. Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities. Passionate about innovation, technology, and business growth. Quick to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.Follow us here:
