Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy updates and new features in a controlled and systematic manner.

Required Qualifications :

- 1 to 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications.

- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL framework.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
