About the Opportunity We are deploying alarge-scale, multi-tenant Learning Management System (LMS)for enterprise customersin partnership with healthcare institutions and global stakeholders. This platform will power continuous medical education at scale, supporting thousands of healthcare professionals.We’re looking for asenior technology leaderwho can initially join us as aconsultant to lead this deliveryand, over time, transition into afull-time technical leadership roleat Medvarsity.Key Responsibilities Lead theend-to-end deploymentof an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant LMS on Google Cloud. Define and oversee thecloud-native architecture, scalability, and integration roadmap . Ensuresecurity, compliance, and interoperabilitywith healthcare IT systems. Act as theprimary technical leaderinterfacing with government and institutional stakeholders. Build, guide, and mentor across-functional technical teamto scale long-term delivery. Translate business needs intoscalable, measurable technology outcomes .What We’re Looking For 12+ years of IT delivery experience, ideally inenterprise SaaS, healthcare, or e-learning systems . Hands-on expertisewith Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, Networking, Monitoring, BigQuery). Strong knowledge ofmulti-tenant SaaS architectures, API integrations, and cloud security . Proven ability tolead complex, multi-country delivery programs . Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills— able to interact with government, healthcare leaders, and internal teams.Preferred Google Cloud Professional Architect (or equivalent certification). Experience in healthcare IT ecosystems (EHR, interoperability standards, HL7, FHIR, etc.). Knowledge of Agile/DevOps practices and ITIL frameworks.Location & Engagement Base:Hyderabad, India (Medvarsity HQ). Travel:Occasional, based on project needs Engagement Type:Initial consulting/project leadership → potential transition tofull-time Tech Leader role at Medvarsity .
