About the Role :We are seeking a skilled and motivated Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to lead and support the design, development, and deployment of robust integrations between enterprise systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless data flow across applications and third-party systems, with a strong emphasis on OIC, SOA, SOACS, MFT, and EDI.The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of integration frameworks, business process automation, and cloud-based middleware, along with strong communication and collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams.Key Responsibilities :- Design, build, test, deploy, and support integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, SOACS, Managed File Transfer (MFT), and B2B/EDI technologies.- Implement and support B2B integrations involving EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) and manage partner onboarding, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution.- Develop and manage cloud integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and connectors within OIC.- Work closely with functional consultants, ERP teams, 3rd-party vendors, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.- Monitor integrations, handle exceptions and failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.- Translate business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Logistics, Inventory, Supply Chain) into automated workflows using OIC and SOA components.- Maintain detailed technical documentation, create integration design patterns, and contribute to internal best practices and coding standards.- Identify areas for performance improvement and automation to enhance integration speed, accuracy, and reliability.Required Qualifications :Professional Experience :- Minimum 5+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years in enterprise integration using Oracle middleware platforms.- Proven experience in implementing integrations with Oracle SOA Suite, SOACS, MFT, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Technical Skills :- Strong command of integration protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, etc.).- Experience with XML, XSLT, XSD, JSON, SOAP, and REST.- Proficient in building EDI transactions, partner configurations, and B2B message exchanges.- Familiarity with adapters such as Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter, File Adapter, FTP Adapter, REST/SOAP Adapter, Database Adapter, etc.- Knowledge of PL/SQL and relational database concepts for data mappings and validations.- Hands-on integration experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is strongly preferred.- Understanding of common business processes like Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics.- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD practices (ref:hirist.tech)
