Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Networking technologies and end-to-end project lifecycle management.The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving successful Type : Full-time | Responsibilities : - Manage the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans effectively.- Handle risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.- Coordinate and manage communication between internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders.- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.- Conduct status meetings, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.- Drive project governance and ensure projects meet quality and delivery standards.- Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (Masters preferred).- 5- 8 years of proven experience in Project Management with focus on Networking / IT Infrastructure projects.- Strong knowledge of Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security, etc.)- Excellent understanding of Project Management methodologies Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.- Hands-on experience in preparing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict (Preferred) :- PMP Certification or Agile / Scrum Master Certification (ref:hirist.tech)
