This role requires mastery ofSwift , expertise in modern Apple development frameworks, a deep understanding of the iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and a commitment to delivering a polished, high-performance user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Architecture & DevelopmentDesign and Build:Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality applications for the iOS ecosystem (iPhone, iPad) usingSwift(and/or Objective-C). Modern Frameworks:Utilize and implement features using modern Apple frameworks such asSwiftUIorUIKitand associated design patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER). Code Quality & Performance:Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and proactively identify and resolve performance issues, memory leaks, and complex bugs to ensure application efficiency and stability. UX/UI Implementation:Collaborate with design teams to translate complex UX/UI designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, highly responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, strictly adhering to theApple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) .Collaboration & IntegrationCross-Functional Teamwork:Work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to transform product requirements into technical specifications and seamless user features. API and Data Integration:Expertly integrate applications with back-end services usingRESTful APIsand modern networking libraries, handling data persistence with frameworks likeCore DataorRealm/SQLite . Platform Features:Integrate and utilize iOS-specific features such as Push Notifications, Location Services, and device hardware capabilities.System and Lifecycle ManagementTesting:Implement comprehensive unit and UI tests (e.g., usingXCTest ) to guarantee the application’s reliability and correctness across various iOS versions. Version Control & CI/CD:Manage source code usingGitand integrate with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and build processes. Deployment:Manage the entire release cycle, including beta testing viaTestFlightand final submission and approval on theApple App Store .Non-Negotiable RequirementsExperience:3 + yearsof dedicated professional experience developing and deploying native iOS applications. Language Mastery:Expert-level proficiency inSwift . Frameworks:Extensive experience withUIKitand/orSwiftUIfor building reactive and scalable user interfaces. Architecture:Strong practical knowledge of modern iOS architectural patterns (e.g.,MVVM, MVC ), and solid understanding of software design principles.
