Job Description: DRA Certified Collection Executive Position:DRA Certified Collection Executive Salary:₹25,000 CTC Experience:Minimum 6 months in Collections (Mandatory) Certification:Only DRA Certified Candidates are eligible Working Days:6 days a week ⏰ Shift:Day Shift Weekly Off:RotationalRole & Responsibilities: Handle outbound and inbound collection calls professionally. Follow RBI & legal guidelines for debt recovery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments. Achieve collection targets while ensuring excellent customer service. Negotiate payment plans and settlements where applicable. Adhere to compliance, quality, and operational standards.Candidate Requirements: MandatoryDRA Certification . Minimum6 months of experiencein the Collections process. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
