SAP STC

We are looking to onboard aSAP STC (Service-to-Cash) Leadfor our existing client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience acrossCustomer Service (CS), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance (FI/CO).Key Responsibilities: Lead and supportService-to-Cash (STC)process design, configuration, and implementation within SAP. Configure and manageservice order management, billing, contract management, and revenue recognition . Ensure seamlessintegration between SAP CS, SD, and FI/CO modulesto support STC business scenarios. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and drive process improvements. Implementlocalization and tax compliancefor regional operations, includinge-invoicing and statutory reportingwhere applicable. Supportdata migration, testing (SIT/UAT) , documentation, and end-user training. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring stable and efficient SAP STC operations. Work closely with technical teams forinterface design and integrationwith third-party systems (field service, compliance, or scheduling).Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems . Minimum10 years of hands-on experienceinSAP STC, SD, or CSmodules. Strong understanding ofOrder-to-Cash and Service-to-Cashprocesses. Expertise inSAP configurationrelated to service contracts, order processing, billing, and revenue accounting. Experience incross-module integration(SD–FI/CO–MM). Knowledge ofIDOCs, BAPIs, and APIsfor integration with external systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
