Job Title: Microsoft D365 ERP Architect – Presales & Solution DesignLocation: PAN India [first priority will be on candidates from either Jaipur, Hyderabad or Pune]Job Type: Full-TimeRole Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Architect with strong presales experience to lead solution design and client engagements across enterprise implementations. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to deliver high-impact solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Business Central, and CRM modules.Key Responsibilities:Lead solution architecture for Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (Finance, SCM, Sales, Customer Service).Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored solutions and present demos to prospective clients.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and Statements of Work (SOW).Conduct discovery sessions, GAP analyses, and validate business processes.Prepare and deliver RFP responses, proposals, and cost models.Act as design authority during project delivery and provide technical oversight.Guide integration strategies using Azure services, Power Platform, and third-party ISVs.Mentor functional and technical consultants and ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices.Stay current with D365 product updates, including AI features like Microsoft Co-Pilot.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.8–12 years of experience in ERP consulting, including Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.Proven track record in presales engagements and full lifecycle ERP implementations.Strong understanding of D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Power BI.Experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-330, MB-700) preferred.
