Senior Data Scientist/ Lead data Scientist

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SQL and Python, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Additionally, proficiency in machine learning techniques and previous project implementations is essential. Exposure to MLOps is considered a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets for analysis.

- Develop and implement machine learning models to address business challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques.

- Contribute to the development of best practices in data analysis, modeling, and MLOps.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science roles, with a focus on SQL and Python.

- Proven track record of applying machine learning techniques to real-world problems.

- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Experience with MLOps practices and tools is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
