Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wealth Management Manager at RealX located in Pune. The Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the distribution network of wealth managers, ensuring sales goals are met, reaching out for new tie-ups and coordinating with wealth managers for deals, as well as optimizing the processes to meet customer demands. The role also involves analyzing sales data to improve efficiency and performance and ensuring compliance with any legal, regulatory and safety standards by the distributers and their clients.

Qualifications

  • Must understand Wealth Management and Alternate Investments
  • Must have a strong and reliable network in wealth managers, IFAs and other Distributors
  • Experience in Distribution of Financial products. Exposure to Real Estate esp. Real Estate Finance Products will be good to have
  • Exposure to working with any Fintech will be good to have (but not a must) and any exposure or interest in the digital assets industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and openness to work in a start-up environment
  • Must be sales oriented and self-starter and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
