About the job :Job Title : Associate Software Engineer (Flutter)Experience : 1 YearLocation : MohaliJob Summary : We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in building mobile applications.Youll be working closely with our development team to design and develop high-quality cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.Key Responsibilities : - Assist in designing and building advanced mobile applications using Flutter- Collaborate with the design and backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth UI/UX- Debug and resolve technical issues or bugs- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development- Proactively enhance cross-platform development capabilities by learning and adapting to additional technologies as needed by the team or project requirements.Required Skills :- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Flutter development- Understanding of Dart language, OOP concepts, and widget lifecycle and Flutter architecture- Exposure to state management (Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC).- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and packages & plugins- Knowledge of version control systems like Git- Good problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycleNice To Have :- Exposure to Flutter Web or app deployment on Play Store/App Store.- Knowledge of app deployment on the Play Store or App Store- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development is a plus.- Exposure to AI integrations and AI development tools.- Familiarity with MVVM or clean architecture.- A mindset of continuous learning and interest in exploring new technologies beyond Flutter.Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- Relevant certifications in mobile app development will be an advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
