Job Description : Full Stack Developer

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development technologies, with a passion for creating innovative web applications. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our business needs and contribute to the growth of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement design specifications.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of software solutions.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with mobile application development (iOS/Android).
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcased on platforms like GitHub
