About the Role :We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in C# .NET, ReactJS, and SQL to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, participating in architecture and design discussions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.- Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and technical reviews.- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# .NET, ReactJS, and SQL Server.- Perform database upgrades and optimize database performance across modules.- Work closely with QA and testing teams to identify and resolve defects and regression issues.- Support release management activities, including deployment and production support.- Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews, adhering to best practices, and preparing technical documentation.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as required.- Report daily progress, risks, and deliverables to the Technical Lead/Project Manager.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Strong proficiency in C# .NET (Core/Framework), ReactJS, and SQL Server.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and integration techniques.- Experience in database design, optimization, and migration.- Knowledge of version control systems (Git/TFS) and Agile methodologies.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Good to Have :- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.- Exposure to microservices architecture.- Experience in performance tuning and security best practices.
