Overview

Meghaa Modi Design School, a leader in floral design education, is seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our faculty. This role involves instructing both online and in-person classes, engaging with students to foster their artistic and professional growth, and contributing to the vibrant culture of our school.


Responsibilities
  • Instructional Duties: Deliver engaging, informative, and inspiring classes in both online and offline settings. Tailor teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure all students receive quality instruction.
  • Student Coordination and Support: Coordinate schedules with students, track their progress, and provide regular feedback to help them improve their skills and confidence.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development.
  • Placement Assistance: Guide students in preparing for the job market, assisting with placement opportunities by leveraging industry connections and resources.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and assessments to ensure all course requirements are documented and accessible.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in school events and workshops, contributing to the school community and promoting a collaborative learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Maintain personal expertise in floral design through continuous learning and professional development.



Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a teacher, preferably with a background in a creative or vocational field. Experience in floral design is highly desirable but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage students and promote an interactive learning environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online education.
  • Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing students’ skills and careers in floral design.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
