Job Role- Senior Backend Developer Job Type- Full-time Work Mode- Remote Work timing- USA HoursRole Overview We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs supporting millions of daily requests. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver high-performance infrastructure, resolve production issues, and continuously improve system reliability and developer experience.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend logic usingNode.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS, Fargate, Docker) . Analyze and optimize backend infrastructure for scalability and performance. Debug and resolve production issues with speed and ownership. Refactor legacy code for maintainability and testability. Collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams to ensure smooth integrations. Review pull requests, uphold code quality, and contribute to documentation.Requirements 7–8+ years of backend experience in high-scale environments (5M+ requests/day). Strong proficiency inNode.js, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB , andAWS stack . Experience withGraphQL(2–3 years) and API design best practices. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and system design skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote, async teams. Comfortable workingUSA hours . (Bonus) Frontend familiarity withVue.jsor similar frameworks.
