Our focus is on bespoke software development, systems integration, Analytics/AI, and e-commerce applications. We are now looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

Job Summary:

As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will support our marketing initiatives, working closely with our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated with a degree in marketing, visual communications, or a related field and is eager to apply their knowledge in a practical setting. While experience is not mandatory, we are looking for someone who understands digital marketing concepts and has a keen interest in B2B marketing, branding, and lead generation. Having a flair for design, photography, and video editing is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Brand Development:

  • Assist in creating visuals, copyrighting, social media marketing, and other content to engage our target audience.
  • Support in taking photographs, editing them and designing various visuals.
  • Support in producing and editing videos, including interviews, webinars, and video podcasts.
  • Help manage and improve the company's , Facebook, and website presence.
  • Assist in designing graphics, infographics, and presentations.

Lead Generation & Sales Support:

  • Identify potential leads and key decision-makers using Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Reach out to prospects through InMail, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings, following up with leads, and updating CRM systems.
  • Research potential leads, documenting their business and relevance to us.

Marketing Campaigns & SEO:

  • Help optimise website content using SEO best practices.
  • Assist in running and analysing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and promotional emails.
  • Monitor website and social media metrics and suggest improvements.

Event & HR Marketing Support:

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for events and conferences.
  • Support internal branding initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract talent.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as flair for design and some amount of artistic interest and talent.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Some experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is big plus.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data (basic Excel knowledge preferred).
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

Performance Expectations & Evaluation:

  • Posting content regularly on social media.
  • Assisting and supporting managers social media presence in order to create branding.
  • Identifying and documenting new potential leads daily.
  • Contributing to increasing website traffic and inbound lead requests.
  • Weekly and monthly performance reviews.
  • 3-month evaluation to assess effectiveness and long-term fit.
