Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students & their parents by following the provided guidelines.
  • Introduce and promote the company's products/services to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest.
  • Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance at all steps.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience (0-5 Yrs) as a tele-caller, inside salesperson, or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and calling tools is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Fresher, B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, MBA, or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and the respective regional language are essential based on the job location.


Salary expectations: CTC - Upto 4.5 LPA
