We have exciting opportunities for the role of Affinity UnderwritingLocation: Mumbai - AndheriInterested candidate can share resume on saba.kazi@icicilombard.com with subject line Affinity Underwriting and share below details.Current SalaryExpectationNotice PeriodEducation (Full Time / part Time)Key Responsibilities would be:Driving underwriting strategy formulation and setting up of processes for the function with respect to products for UW Marine, Workmen Compensation, Fire, Engineering and Liability LOBsPreparation of product policy wordings, underwriting guidelines, rating structure & schedule & other relevant documents for filing of products with IRDAInteracting with Marketing, Claims and Actuarial Team for review/follow up and finalizing underwriting guidelines for all productsProduct development as per customer requirements, market research and improve the effectiveness of existing productsAnalyzing the performance of general insurance products on regular intervals and taking proactive actions to control & normalize the portfolio in consultation with sales and claims teamDeveloping a monitoring system for underwriting control, enforcement of risk acceptance disciplineAnalyzing incurred claims ratio, review of portfolio and taking proactive action for loss control measuresMust HavesSkills Required:Relationship ManagementUnderstanding of Marine, Fire, WC UW BusinessMIS and Advance ExcelStakeholder ManagementGI Industry KnowledgeRequired Qualification / Experience5+ years of relevant experience in commercial business lineRegards,SabaHR Manager
