Description :Netstratum is a global product development company specializing in custom software and enterprise IT services.With teams across ten global locations, we combine local insight with global expertise to deliver innovative, purpose-driven solutions.As a leader in telecom tech, we build secure, high-performance Unified Communication Systems used by Tier-1 providers, enterprises, and governments.Location : Kochi, KeralaExperience : 1 - 3 YearsSalary : As per Industry StandardsEmployment Type : Full-timeJob Description :We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer having 0 - 2 years of experience to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences.You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.Responsibilities :- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.- Advocate for the end-user in all design and development processes.Requirements :- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
