Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, SQL, and Python, coupled with a solid background in Data Governance projects. This role requires not just engineering skills but also the ability to work with clients, and deliver business-focused cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions on AWS (Databricks, Lambda, S3, Redshift, Glue, RDS, EC2, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM, SNS, SQS,etc).

- Deliver projects on Azure (Databricks, Resource Groups, Purview, Data Warehouse, ADLS/Azure Data Lake, Function Apps).

- Contribute to and manage Data Governance initiatives including security, compliance, lineage, and metadata management.

- Develop automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines to improve cloud and data operations.

- Write and optimize code/scripts in Python and SQL for cloud and data workloads.

- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, engaging with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring technical quality and alignment with project goals.

- Implement best practices for cloud governance, cost management, and security compliance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3- 7 years of experience in Cloud & DevOps engineering.

- Strong expertise in AWS (Databricks, Lambda, S3, DynomoDB, Redshift, Glue, RDS, EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS).

- Strong expertise in Azure (Databricks, Data Warehouse, ADLS/Azure Data Lake, Function Apps, Azure Data Factories, Portal DB Resource Groups, Microsoft Purview).

- Proficiency in Python and SQL.

- Hands-on experience in data governance projects (security, compliance, metadata management, lineage).

- Strong consulting skills: ability to manage clients, lead discussions, and translate business requirements into technical designs.
