Role on the payroll of WiseRoute for a big ecommerce client at their office in Tech Village Rd, Devarabesanahalli, Bellandur, Bengaluru.


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Vendor Ledger Reconciliation, preferably within the e-commerce or retail industry. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Finance or possess a Finance graduate degree.


Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Vendor Ledger Reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts payable records.
  2. Process debit notes and credit notes, understanding their impact on financial statements.
  3. Maintain a strong grasp of TDS, GST, and other accounting compliances in accordance with accounting standards.
  4. Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new processes and technologies, embodying a culture of smart work.
  5. Utilize proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
  6. Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Remain flexible and adaptable to tackle job challenges and effectively handle tasks independently.


Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Vendor Ledger Reconciliation or Accounts Payable, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
  2. MBA in Finance or a Finance graduate degree is preferred.
  3. Thorough knowledge and understanding of TDS, GST, and accounting compliances as per relevant standards.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently.
  5. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, facilitating seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges effectively.
